Standard 5
Demonstrates knowledge of human growth by providing an inclusive setting for all students grounded in developmental theory.

Since each student learns differently and may be on different achievement levels, as a teacher, you must learn how to accommodate each child.  The evidence I have for standard 5 is based on science lessons, tailored around the 8 multiple intelligences.  I use a strategy called, RAFTS.  This is an acronym that stands for, Role, Audience, Format, and Topic.  They are all activities based around 1 science GLCE for 3rd grade.  This proves that one content standard can be taught in different ways and achievement levels, and can be modified creatively.
